When is just networks enough?

But even in those cases, sooner or later you are going to need a website. The problem is that many businesses hope to "grow more" to invest in the web, when in reality the web is what would have allowed them to grow faster.

The ideal strategy: use both together

The winning strategy is not choosing between networks or the website: it is using the networks to attract traffic and your website to convert that traffic into customers. Your Instagram posts take people to your website. Your website has contact forms, detailed information and clear calls to action. Networks are the megaphone; the website is the store.

Additionally, a website with a well-crafted blog can position you in Google and bring you free organic traffic constantly, something that social networks cannot do on their own.

And the cost?

One of the reasons why many businesses in Uruguay put off having a website is the perceived cost. But the reality is that a well-made professional website is an investment that pays off quickly if it generates even one new client per month.
